1. Ballots will begin being mailed October 16th. If you know an address where you will be able to receive mail then, you can add a temporary mailing address at oregonvotes.gov/myvote (Paper Voter Registration Form: https://sos.oregon.gov/elections/Documents/SEL500.pdf)
